What You Receive

  • Trial items must be ordered in the same finish & height

How the Trial Works

1. Call Us to Start Your Trial

Because this program includes freight credits and special terms, it must be arranged over the phone.

2. Pay for the Samples + Outbound Shipping

When your trial items ship, we charge your card for:

  • The sample platforms & risers
  • Outbound freight
    Tracking information is emailed automatically when your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Love LimeLight? Get Your Shipping Credited Back.

If you place a new stage order of $3,500+ (before shipping and sales tax) within 30 days of your sample's ship date:

  • Your initial outbound freight becomes a credit on the new order
  • Shipping is free on both orders (your trial and your full stage order)

4. Not the Right Fit? Return for a Product Refund.

If you decide LimeLight isn't right for your needs:

  • Email us within 30 days for a Return Authorization (RA)
  • Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned in all original packaging
  • Returns without original packaging or without an RA number will be refused

Customer is responsible for all transportation costs, including:

  • Outbound freight
  • Return freight

After inspection, we'll refund the product cost only.
